# Gritmind - Decks & Slides Build decks as **self-contained HTML**, one `
` per slide at a fixed 16:9 box (1600×900 at 1× - use `px` throughout and scale the whole deck with a CSS `transform` so nothing reflows). Print to PDF for distribution. In PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides, use the logo PNGs from `assets/logo/` (`gritmind-logo-full-navy-on-light.png` on light slides, `gritmind-logo-full-white-on-dark.png` on `#20243a`, a `-mono` PNG over photos). Never screenshot or export your own. Never use a stock template. A Gritmind deck should be recognisable as ours from across a room: enormous quiet space, one idea per slide, one accented element. ## Grid - Slide `1600×900`, margin `120px` left/right, `100px` top/bottom - 12 columns, `40px` gutter - Body content sits in the left 7–8 columns; the right is breathing room or one graphic. Resist filling it. - Never more than **one** idea per slide. If it needs a second, it is a second slide. ## Slide types **Title** - eyebrow (mono, uppercase, accent dot) top-left; headline at `96px/1.05`, weight 500, one accented word; client name and date in mono at the bottom. Nothing else. **Section divider** - number in mono at `140px` in `--signal-tint`, section name in sans at `64px` over it. Full-bleed `--surface-2` ground. **Statement** - one sentence, `72px/1.15`, max 12 words, centred vertically, left-aligned. Whitespace is the design. **Stat** - figure in mono at `180px/1`, label in sans 500 at `28px` in the accent underneath, one line of context in `--muted` at `20px`. One stat per slide; four stats means four slides, or a stat row at `72px` figures. **Content** - heading at `48px`, then at most 4 bullets at `24px/1.5`. Bullets use a 7px accent dot, not a glyph. If you need 6 bullets you have two slides. **Chart** - see below. **Quote** - quote at `40px/1.35` weight 500, a 2px accent rule above it at 50% opacity, attribution in mono at `16px` in `--muted`. **Closing** - the tagline treatment: "Intentionally small, senior teams. With **courage** and **grit**, always first into the fire." with both accent words in `--signal`. ## Charts in decks Same rules as web canvas work, scaled up: - One accented series. Everything else is `--slate` at 40–85% opacity. - Label the accented series directly at its end point in mono - no legend box. A legend means the reader has to look twice. - Axes: baseline only at 12% ink. No box, no top/right spines, no y-gridlines unless reading exact values is the point. - Never use red and green as two categories in the same chart. - Round numbers. `4.4T`, not `4,412,890,000`. ## Speaker notes Put them in `
